Ending Hunger with Feeding America
As summer approaches, we’re reminded of the vital role that nutritious food plays in the lives of children and families. Hunger is much closer than you might think. Anyone can experience food insecurity, regardless of background, race, or ZIP code. At AAA, we believe that when kids are fed, their futures are nourished. That’s why we’re partnering with Feeding America® to ensure students have access to the food they need to learn and thrive.
AAA has selected the week of June 23-27 to focus on donation and volunteer efforts, launching a drive to stock our neighborhood's fridges and pantries. Join AAA in making a difference. Together, we can help end hunger and support our neighbors.

We’re excited to support local hunger-relief efforts with a fundraising goal of $5,000 by June 27, 2025.
Every dollar truly makes a difference—just $1 can help provide at least 10 meals through Feeding America®. AAA Minneapolis will match every dollar donated up to $5,000!

Volunteer
Consider donating your time and signing up for a volunteer shift around the Twin Cities with our local chapter of Feeding America®, Second Harvest Heartland.
They offer a variety of volunteer opportunities tailored to your skills and availability. Not only does this make a huge impact on our community, but it's also a great summer activity for family, friends, or coworkers looking to make a difference together.

From June 23, 2025, to June 27, 2025, for every dollar raised, AAA Minneapolis will match up to $5,000 and donate to Feeding America®.
AAA is committed to $150,000 in corporate donations to Feeding America, but our goal is to raise much more through associate and public donations. We estimate that our support for Feeding America will help distribute at least 3.5 million meals*. But we believe in more than just a monetary donation and will be volunteering in communities across America to help in the movement to end hunger.
*$1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America on behalf of local partner food banks.
