Zero Proof Holiday Mocktail: Apple Cider Sangria

The perfect mix of summer and fall made from fresh apples and autumn spices.

This recipe makes 8 8 oz. servings.

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz. cans of club soda
  • 1 12 oz. can of ginger ale
  • 1 bottle chilled sparkling apple cider
  • 2 apples – cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Ice

Utensils

  • 1 1qt pitcher
  • Knife and cutting board
  • 8 8 oz. glasses

Directions

  1. Place apple slices, raspberries, and blueberries into the pitcher
  2. Add club soda (optional: chill for 1 hour to let flavors mingle)
  3. Add ginger ale
  4. Add sparkling apple cider
  5. Stir and serve over ice

Tips and Substitutions

  • Use honey crisp apples for a sweeter taste
  • For a more pumpkin-like flavor, add a few pinches of cinnamon, cloves, or ginger
